Today Valley Metal Ltd. has three main components: Architectural, Residential and Hospitality/Restaurant. The architectural component allows Valley Metal to actualize many different designs, from traditional handrails to modern stainless steel panel systems. Residential services continues to offer homeowners the ability to realize all their cocktail napkin sketches into physical reality. From classical to ultra-modern creations. The contribution to the hospitality industry is significant and has founded long lasting relationships with many local, national and international chains. From one off custom showpiece installations, to stocked establishments such as the Banff Springs Hotel, Moxies and Boston Pizza; all of which are considered proud customers of Valley Metal Ltd.

Metal Fabrication
Metal Fabrication is the creation of metal structures from various raw materials through welding, cutting, bending, forming and assembling processes.
Valley Metal takes much pride in our Custom Welding and Fabrication services.
Powder Coating
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Here at Valley Metal we mainly use this service for the coating of metals , such as aluminum, steel, diecast and automobile and bike parts.
Electroplating
At Valley Metal many of our custom orders involve the process of electroplating. This process involves the coating of metal objects with chrome, brass, nickel or acid copper by electrolytic deposition.
Polishing
Polishing and buffing are finishing processes for smoothing a workpiece surface.
Valley Metals’ polishing service is often used to enhance the appearance of an item, prevent contamination of instruments, remove oxidation, high buff aluminum and prepare items for plating and powder coating.

Custom Coating/plating
Valley Metal Ltd. prides itself on our often overlooked, yet highly capable powder coating and Plating line. We receive hundreds of orders every year that require either a powder coating finish or some electroplating to really shine up a peice. Whether it’s refinishing a vintage milk Jug in antique brass, powder coating table bases or chroming car parts we do it all, and we do it well.
Hospitality/Restaurant
Perhaps our most popular branch, Valley Metal Ltd. supplies many restaurants, hotels and resorts with pieces that are both functional and truly accomplish their aesthetic goals. Architectural
Our Architectural Branch allows us to receive contracts most often from large businesses or firms that require railings for stair wells, panel systems, chandelier designs, billboards and signs, and artwork to improve the aesthetic of their spaces.
